What to do if I break down?
- If you’re car’s about to give up, try find a safe place to pull over.
- Switch on your warning lights.
- Only leave your car if it’s safe to do so.
- Be mindful of any moving traffic.
- Call us straight away or your trusted road side service.
What information do I need if I break down?
If you’re covered by us and experience a breakdown, you’ll need to call us directly and provide the following information:
- Your policy number and the phone number you're calling from.
- Exact details of where you are.
- Make, model and registration number of the vehicle you are driving or travelling in.
