Have you broken down now?

Give us a call and we’ll get someone out to you as soon as possible.

Lines open 24 hours, 7 days a week (calls will be recorded). From Europe call: +44 (0)1484 435 806

If you’re at home and you’ve got a flat tyre, flat battery or locked/seized brakes you can report it online.

We’ll call you back to arrange for someone to come out and fix it.

Have the following information ready:

  • Your policy number and the phone number you're calling from.
  • Exact details of where you are (use the what3words app if you can).
  • If you have personal cover and you're not in your nominated vehicle, we'll need the make, model and number plate.
  • Pull on to the hard shoulder as far to the left as you can and switch on your hazard warning lights.
  • Use one of the emergency phones located along the hard shoulder – this will help us find you.
  • If you can't get to the hard shoulder, only leave your vehicle if everyone can safely get clear of the road. While in the vehicle, keep your seatbelt on.
  • Don't try and place any warning device on the motorway.
  • Leave pets in the vehicle (for their safety and yours).
  • Exit the vehicle as safely as possible and stand to the rear of the vehicle behind a barrier or up an embankment if there is one.
