Breakdown cover at home or away
With our UK Recovery and Home Assist breakdown cover, we'll come out to fix your car if it won't start at your home (for example because of a flat battery or a damp engine) as well as if it breaks down while you're driving.
UK recovery
If we can't fix your car where it breaks down, we'll tow it to a garage. If it still can't be fixed, we'll take it, along with you and up to seven passengers anywhere you want in the UK.
Alternative arrangements
If we can't fix your car within 24 hours, we can get you a hire car, arrange other transport or pay towards overnight accommodation.
Help collecting your car
If you need to collect your car afterwards, we'll cover the cost of your rail ticket, just show us proof of purhase and we'll refund you.
Relief driver
If you can't carry on with your journey because you fall ill or get injured and you're the only one who can drive the car, we'll get you, your car and up to seven passengers to your destination (terms and conditions apply).
