At Britannia Rescue, we provide excellent breakdown cover to over half a million vehicles.
We've been providing breakdown recovery since 1983 (read more about our history) so we know what's important to you when it comes to your car breakdown cover.
We have over 3,000 roadside technicians throughout the UK and Europe. They are carefully selected for their knowledge, experience, location and speed of response. We coordinate them from our 24 hour UK call centre in Huddersfield.
Over 98% customer satisfaction
We monitor how satisfied our customers are with our service. We send a questionnaire to everyone we help after a breakdown. Our last survey was in August 2009 and 98.3% of people were happy with the service they'd received.
Award winning breakdown recovery
Our customers aren't the only ones who think we're great, the leading consumer magazine Which? gave us their best buy award (breakdown services August 2009) and we were voted number 1 for customer service in the Auto Express Driver Power 2009 survey.
Breakdown cover for companies and trade unions
We also provide breakdown cover for some major companies, trade unions and professional organisations and give discounted prices to their members.
