How we work
We operate our breakdown recovery service through a network of over 3,000 roadside technicians.

All our road rescue agents are members of COBRA, the Confederation Of Britannia Rescue Agents, the network we use to provide roadside & recovery services to our customers.
All our agents and their staff are encouraged to attend the Britannia Rescue Institute of Vehicle Recovery customer care course.
The course teaches:
- the importance and consequences of customer care
- how to improve their communication skills
- safe working practices
We keep track of our agents' performance through:
- our breakdown control centre in Huddersfield
- our member breakdown rescue questionnaires
- our operations support department
- our agent response analysis
