Which? Best Buy 2009
Britannia Rescue has achieved Best Buy status by the UK's leading consumer organisation Which? in it's annual survey of breakdown services.
The magazine has revealed the results of its survey which rates the quality of breakdown services against criteria such as the time it takes to reach broken down vehicles and the call centre's politeness when handling calls from stranded drivers.

Number 1 for customer Service - Driver Power survey 2009
A Driver Power survey ranked us number one in a customer survey of the UK's biggest breakdown services
Auto Express, who produce the Driver Power surveys, asked customers to rate their breakdown service on:
- value for money
- friendliness
- presentation
- overall service
We scored fifth place for value for money and first in all of the other categories.
Our overall satisfaction score of 86% puts us well above the AA (78.6%) and RAC (80.6%)
