Driver Power survey 2011

A Driver Power survey ranked us second (out of 15) in a customer survey of the UK's biggest
breakdown services.

Auto Express, who produce the Driver Power surveys, asked customers to rate their breakdown service on:

• value for money
• friendliness
• presentation
• overall service

Our overall satisfaction score of 87% puts us well above Green Flag (9th place, 78.99%), the AA (8th place 79.52%) and the RAC (6th place, 80.63%).
