Britannia Rescue - Agents
We operate through a network of over 3,000 roadside technicians. Each one is carefully selected for their technical expertise and speed of response - and their performance is constantly monitored by us and through your completed breakdown rescue questionnaires. In fact our latest figures show an overall satisfaction rate of 97%.
Upon appointment each agent becomes a full member of COBRA (Confederation of Britannia Rescue agents), the network through which Britannia Rescue provides roadside & recovery services to members. www.cobranetwork.com is the only website of its kind. Purpose built for COBRA, it is a valuable source of information on Britannia Rescue and the industry in general.
COBRA plays a vital role in enabling us to provide the best service for our members because it promotes agent loyalty and encourages mutually beneficial ideas. All our agents and their staff are encouraged to attend the Britannia Rescue/Institute of Vehicle Recovery customer care course which reinforces:
- The Britannia Rescue standards when dealing with members
- The importance of good customer care
- The consequences of poor customer care
- The development of their communication skills
- Safe working practice for the member and the agent
We then continuously monitor their performance through:
- Our control centre
- Our member breakdown rescue questionnaires
- Our operations support department
- Our agent response analysis
