We've been looking after the road rescue needs of our members for more than 20 years. That means we know what's really important to you when it comes to cover.

Providing our members with exceptional service is the most important thing for us at Britannia Rescue. We call it 'member satisfaction'. We send a questionnaire to every member who uses us and according to those returned, over 98% of people said they were happy with the service they received.

Our levels of service have also been publicly acknowledged by being named a 'Best Buy' three times in a row by the UK's leading consumer testing magazine, coming top in the speed of response area with 40% of patrols arriving within 30 minutes of the call and 92% arriving within the hour.

With a service like this, it's not surprising that some of the largest trade unions, professional bodies and corporate organisations in the UK have selected Britannia Rescue as their motoring organisation of choice.
